In the midst of the noise, rebellion, and darkness of Polish Woodstock, the light of Jesus kept breaking through. Again and again, our Steiger team witnessed people who once mocked faith encounter the living God in the most unexpected place.

Lucas, known to his friends as “Blue,” came to the Steiger Missions School (SMS) in Germany this year not knowing what to expect, and God met him in a way that changed his life forever.

Today, Blake is actively reaching others with the same hope that changed his life. And God continues to move in him, shaping him not just as an artist, but as a man on mission.

Sam is a living example of Paul’s words in 1 Thessalonians 1:5: "Our Gospel came to you not simply with words but also with power, with the Holy Spirit and deep conviction."

Alisson began her journey with a distorted view of God and the church—marked by judgment, legalism, and a constant sense of not belonging. “To me, being a Christian meant always having a finger pointed at me, telling me everything I wasn’t allowed to do,” she explained.

Alena was in a dark season struggling with depression, emptiness, anxiety, even suicidal thoughts. But after their times together, she would say, “It seems there is meaning to living on this earth. There is this light of God that gives hope.”
