How can I share Jesus with young people who would not walk into a church?
Many of them see the church as oppressive, outdated, and irrelevant. They claim to be free, but they're anxious, confused, and depressed. This should break our hearts!
God wants to use YOU to reach this broken world, but we can’t wait for them to come to us, we need to go to them!

Gather with us to seek God together in worship and prayer, asking God for a broken heart for the secular youth culture in Winnipeg. Be encouraged by an inspiring word from Aaron Pierce, CEO of Steiger International.
Saturday, July 11th
2:00pm - 7:00pm
Join us on Saturday for creative action! Learn how to use creative outreach tools to share the love of Jesus in the streets. Afterwards we will gather for a time of debrief and celebration of what God did over the weekend!
We encourage you to attend both events!
Who:
This event is primarily for young adults (ages 18–35), but we invite anyone in the church to attend!

Is this event free?
Yes! Please register so we know how many people to expect.
Is this event open to other churches?
Yes! Portage Avenue Church has kindly agreed to host but the event is city-wide. Please invite and bring your friends from other churches!
My schedule only allows me to attend one of the events. Is that okay?
Yes! However, we highly recommend attending both days for the best experience.
Is food included?
Yes! Coffee and snacks will be provided Friday night and dinner on Saturday after outreach - made possible by a generous local church!
