Montevideo

Montevideo is a small but captivating city, marked by resilience, the “garra charrúa.” Its mix of beauty, hidden secrets, and spiritual challenges—from secularism to occult practices—makes it unique. Since 2020, our team has been connecting with young people through the LGBTQ scene, secular spaces, and our cultural house, the first of its kind in Uruguay, where Gen Z can belong, heal, and encounter Jesus. We also reach the anarchist and punk scene through our local band, The Rumor. Despite strong secular and spiritual opposition, God is moving—missionaries are arriving, the church is awakening, and public worship and street evangelism are growing.
