SXSW (South by Southwest) is an annual festival in Austin (TX) that draws 300,000+ people worldwide and showcases the latest cutting-edge music, art, and technology.
The festival provides an amazing opportunity for young adults to learn in practice how to bring the love of Jesus to secular culture in bold and relevant ways!
The trip will include a deep community with other young adults from around the country, times of corporate prayer and worship, training, and bold creative evangelism actions throughout the week.

Arrival & Departure
Expected time of arrival (check-in): Thursday, March 12 from 3:00pm to 6:00pm.
Expected time of departure: Monday, March 16th at 10:00am (breakfast will be provided)
ACCOMODATION
We will stay in different Airbnbs near the festival.
TRANSPORTATION
To and from the airport: You are responsible for your own transportation.
Getting to and from the festival: We will stay in Airbnb’s close to the areas where we will have our actions, so we will walk and use public transportation.
FOOD
During the trip, we will provide breakfast and lunch during your time at our accommodations. Dinner will be on your own at the festival. Food within the festival is typically $12-30 per meal. Please bring enough money to cover those meals and any snacks/drinks you want.

ART SUPPLIES
If you practice an art or have skills related to painting, drawing, illustration, music, etc., BRING your art materials, instruments, or come ready to use your creativity and skills!

We will have a Zoom call on February 21 at 1:00 PM CST, where we’ll share final preparation details and answer any remaining questions before we meet in person. Make the most to join. If you can’t make it, we will send you a recording of the meeting via email.

Can’t join the full experience? Join us for one or more of our creative actions at the Steiger Street Teams!
A Steiger Street Team is a 4-hour experience with training, creative tools, worship, and ACTION in the festival!
