Team Johnson has been part of the Steiger family since 2013, when we first joined the mission to reach the Global Youth Culture. In 2014, Steiger acquired Come&Live! for $1—a symbolic act that set the tone for a partnership built on trust, generosity, and a shared calling.
Today, Chad serves as Chief Development Officer, leading Steiger's global fundraising strategy to ensure long-term financial health and mission sustainability. His work focuses on strategic planning, donor engagement, operational excellence, and building a high-performing Development Team committed to accountability, creativity, and impact.
