Join us for the 2026 Steiger Gathering!
This annual global event brings together Steiger missionaries, staff, team members, volunteers, board members, donors, church partners, and special guests from around the world.
This is a time to come together as family. A time to reconnect and strengthen relationships across the mission. It is a time to celebrate all that God has done and to share stories of His faithfulness across the nations.
It is also a time to seek God together. Through worship, prayer, and teaching, we come with gratitude for what He has done and cry out for His power, wisdom, and direction for the future.
The schedule includes teaching from key international leaders, testimonies from regional directors, practical workshops, and roundtable discussions focused on the real opportunities and challenges we face as a global mission.
A dedicated children’s program is available for kids ages 2–12, making it possible for the whole family to participate fully.
The Steiger Gathering is a special time together that strengthens our unity, renews our faith and vision, and equips us to continue pursuing Jesus and His mission around the world.

Opening:
Dinner Monday evening at 18:00 (6 pm)
Conclusion:
Friday 24th, after lunch, at 14:00 (2 pm)

Housing
We will be managing all the housing for all attendees at the Gathering. We have booked hotels in Meissen so that we will not require anyone to sleep in a tent this year. Therefore, we are only needing you to make a registration to the event and we will determine the location that you will stay.
If you do have a motorhome and would like to sleep there for the Gathering you will be able to indicate that on the registration form.
Child Care
We will have child care available onsite for children 2-12 years old. Your child needs to be registered in advance (so we can make sure we have enough staff).
Costs
There is a registration fee to cover the cost of the accommodation and food for this week:
Room & Food:
Adults: € 240 (US$ 280)
Children (5-12 years): € 190 (US$ 225)
Motorhome & Food
Adults: € 200 (US$ 235)
Lunch & Dinner Only (no accommodation)
Adults: € 170 (US$ 175)
Children (5-12 years): € 105 (US$ 110)
Children 4 years and under: free
The payment for these fees will be managed through your region and we will rely on the regional team to determine how much each individual will be responsible to pay. We will be working with the regional team to determine how they want to manage the payments for their attendees. Therefore it is very important that you correctly record the region that you are coming with.
When registering, you will be given the option to sponsor a missionary who cannot afford the registration fee. This is part of our culture of being a family. Please prayerfully consider sponsoring someone.

There will also be people available (both internal and external) for pastoral care conversations.
Note about Travel & Insurance:
It is your responsibility to find out what the German visa requirements are for your entry into the Country (if any) and to also obtain travel/health insurance for your stay in Germany.
