Texas Renaissance Festival Outreach

Every fall, hundreds of thousands of people step through the gates of the Texas Renaissance Festival, one of the largest Renaissance festivals in the world, trading real life for a few hours in a fairytale. Knights. Kingdoms. Magic. An entire world built for people to escape into. With nearly 600,000 attendees each season, the Texas Renaissance Festival represents a snapshot of secular culture, gathered in one place, hungry for something more than the stories they came for.

We believe this is one of the most unique doors we’ve found to bring the love of Jesus to people who wouldn't walk into a church. Join us for an incredible opportunity to share the gospel through bold, creative evangelism and reach the Global Youth Culture.

Date: Saturday October 24

Time: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Cost: $35 (festival ticket cost)

Transportation:

Carpooling is encouraged. TRF is out in Todd Mission, TX, well outside the city, and parking stretches across wide fields once you arrive. We'll provide a live carpool sign-up doc so you can coordinate rides and meet-up spots with other participants. Before the impact day, we'll also send out a muster point outside the festival for us to gather before heading in together.

Attire:

It is highly encouraged to dress in theme with the festival! We are going for Pirate Weekend so feel free to dress in your best pirate attire. At minimum: black pants and a white shirt or button-up shirt to blend with our group.
