1,000 Burning Arrows
The world desperately needs a new generation of radical Jesus followers—fully committed, all-in disciples who refuse to stand by while their generation goes unreached.
This is a call to the wild ones, the bold ones—young followers of Jesus marked by outrageous love and contagious courage. Those ready to deny themselves, take up their cross, and follow Jesus without condition or reserve. Those willing to preach the message of the Cross wherever God leads.
Our vision is to raise up 1,000 “burning arrows”—young missional leaders—who will complete our mobilization and leadership development program over the next five years, fueling a radical missionary movement that will transform the Global Youth Culture for Jesus.
If the Lord wills (James 4:15), in the next five years:
- We will equip and send 1,000 young missional leaders to establish Steiger MVMTs in cities across the globe,
- Reaching one million people with the Gospel,
- And leading to over 150,000 participations in discipleship follow up events.

Our generous partners have committed a $400,000 matching pledge to fuel Steiger’s global missionary movement. All gifts made towards Steiger’s Global Missionary Movement Campaign between May 19 and June 30 will be matched 100%, dollar for dollar.

What do we do at Steiger?
- We fuel a grassroots evangelism and discipleship movement by mobilizing the next generation of Christian leaders and influencers
- We establish long-term missionary teams that reach and disciple the Global Youth Culture
- We train the Church to reach the secular culture of their communities
Mobilization & Leadership Development
1. Mobilization
Our events and trainings inspire young believers to live passionately for Jesus and reach secular young adults in their city. Many then join or start a Steiger MVMT or apply to the Steiger Missions School for deeper mission engagement.
2. Steiger Missions School
The Steiger Missions School (SMS), a transformational 7-week program in Germany, imparts our DNA, culture, and values, helping students discover their calling, identify new leaders, and commit to the next step.
3. Steiger Year One
Steiger Year One develops the character and skills of potential missionaries through online cohorts, small group discussions, in-person interactions, and on-the-ground internships. Upon completion, participants can apply to become a full-time Steiger missionary.
4. Steiger Catalysts
Online training, seed funding, intensive workshops, one-on-one mentoring, and practical opportunities develop key leadership skills in Steiger Catalysts. The goal is for them to take on full-time leadership roles in the mission.
