Cockroach (my Polish translator) was really excited. "There is a dark wave festival in Poland where four thousand crazy & drunk demon possessed people go." "They really need to hear about God." He continued. "You need to go there with your band."

I tried to act like I was interested but inside I felt different. "That is the last place I want to go" I thought to myself. But I told Cockroach that I would pray about it. So later that day I went for a walk and prayed about the whole thing.

"Why do I always have to go to those places." I prayed. "Can't someone else go to those places for a change." I complained to God. "Jesus, I don't want to go to this festival." I said.

As I was praying I had the feeling that Jesus said to me that it was "Ok" that I didn't go. I felt like Jesus wanted me not to feel pressured to go to these crazy places all the time and that He loved me. "Don't go David. Its OK.", I felt like Jesus was saying to me.

But after a while I started to think about it some more and I began to feel God's broken heart for these lost people. So I prayed again with tears in my eyes and said "Jesus if you can't find anybody else willing to go there, I'll go. You just need to go with me and give me the strength to do it." So Marzena, one of our leaders in Poland, is trying to get us into this dark wave festival in Poland during our European evangelistic tour with No Longer Music in June and July.

God's love burns for the lost and that's why we have to go. We will also be bringing the message of the cross into secular clubs, outdoor city celebrations and underground clubs. Normally on these evangelistic tours we see hundreds of people come to Jesus. So pray for God's protection on this upcoming evangelistic European tour. Obviously its a spiritual battle so pray for Michael & Marzena who are responsible for the tours in Europe.

The Steiger Radical Evangelism School has been awesome. A girl in her early twenties dropped by the school one day and was so moved by what she heard that she asked to talk with Jodi. After they talked she asked Jesus into her life!

On Saturdays the school is going to Cuba Street in Wellington to talk to people about Jesus. They have had great times breaking up fights, praying with people and telling people on the streets about God's love for them.

Lastly, I feel like God wants us to do an evangelistic tour next year in Turkey. I believe this is the beginning of new opportunities Jesus wants to give us in Islamic countries. We are presently working out the details with a promoter that works in the Middle East and North Africa and wants to organize things for us in Turkey next year. Please pray that God gives us wisdom as we move in this direction.

PRAYER NEEDS

1. Please pray for Marzena and Michael who are responsible for organizing the European Evangelistic Tours with No Longer Music in June and July. Pray that Jesus opens the doors that should be opened for us in the clubs. Pray for favor with the promoters and city officials. For God's protection and anointing on the No Longer Music international team. That we can be bold for Jesus!
   
2. Pray that God provides for the No Longer Music international team as they raise funds for the airfares needed and other personal costs.
   
3. Pray for financial sponsors. We still need approx. 7000US dollars for the European evangelistic tours. This is for equipment and evangelistic tour costs. Please consider if God would want you to help with this need.
   
4. Pray that God strengthens Jodi and I for each event we have this month.
