I was living in a one-room apartment at the time with guys that were drug dealers. I was so hurt by my girlfriend leaving me that I started to get into drugs myself. It was very bad for my studies as I was high most of the time while I was in class. My room became the center for drug dealing in my university so eventually I stopped going to class altogether.

Then one day I was so desperate that I prayed that God would help me. Soon after I got to know a girl and she took me to one of the meetings where you were speaking. When I heard you speak, I knew God was speaking to me and I gave my life to Jesus! Since then I have been delivered from drugs and I have married a beautiful Christian girl. I feel like the most fortunate person in the world.

We are now studying theater together in Warsaw. We are passionate about using theater to reach others like myself for Jesus. I just wanted to thank you and let you know what God did in my life when I heard you speak.

This is just a portion of a letter I received today from a university student who was transformed by the power of Jesus in one of our evangelistic meetings. I am constantly getting reports like this. It reminds me of how important it is that we tell these young people the truth about God's love for them. It literally is a question of life and death.

I just returned from Sydney, Australia where I spoke in two high schools.

In each school I invited students to come forward in front of all of their friends if they needed to give their lives to Jesus. More than 200 young people responded in the two schools. One teacher said she hadn't seen anything like it in the 13 years she had been there. Some wept openly as they prayed and asked Jesus to come into their lives.

Also during this time I spoke in a couple of churches in Sydney. I felt I should talk about God's love for the lost. After I spoke I asked all those who would be willing to accept a part of God's broken heart for the world. It was an extremely powerful time in both churches. Many came to the front of the church and fell on their faces before God crying out to Him. (including myself)

It was an amazing and exhausting time. These trips are so intense for me. Sometimes I feel like I am taking my heart out and putting it on the floor. So please pray that God gives me His strength.

The Steiger Radical Evangelism School is really going well. Jodi is leading the school and is very encouraged by the way God is moving in the lives of the students. Pray for God to continue to move in the hearts of these young evangelists and that they will be prepared to do battle for Him.

I just want to say how grateful Jodi and I are to those that helped sponsor some of the students. Thank you for investing in these young evangelists!!

Lastly, I am still in the process of seeking God about some opportunities in some Islamic countries that have presented themselves. Pray that Jesus gives us a clear direction on how to respond to these invitations.

PRAYER NEEDS

1. Continue to pray for God's protection over the preparations for the evangelistic tours in South America and Europe this year. We will be bringing the love of Jesus into some really unreached places. Pray that the club venues stay open and that we find favor with the secular promoters.
   
2. Pray for Sergio, Michael and Marzena who are responsible for the tours. Pray for the financial sponsors we will need. (more details in my next newsletter)
   
3. Pray for Jodi as she leads the Steiger Radical Evangelism School. This is a very important time for many of these young leaders to seek God. Pray for the heart of Jesus to be poured out on the school.
   
4. Pray for wisdom about recent invitations to do an evangelistic tour in some Islamic Countries. Pray that we will know God's heart on this and exactly where we should go. Obviously, we don't want to go to any country outside of His will.
   
5. Pray that God strengthens me and gives me His anointing for each speaking event I have this month.
