David Pierce is the director of Steiger International,
an international ministry dedicated to reaching the "global
youth culture".
Steiger means "pier" in Dutch and
comes from the address of the barge where
David and his wife Jodi started a bible study
for the punks and non-churched of Amsterdam,
Holland.
Out of this ministry came the band, No
Longer Music. Formed as an evangelistic
tool to reach the secular music scene, the
group has toured the globe since the late
1980's.
Now Steiger has ministry teams in Singapore,
India, Serbia, Poland, Germany, Austria, England,
New Zealand and America.
