New Age Hippie Festival
Minneapolis, USA
Serving food and talking with some of the  thousands of hippies and New Age followers in an annual festival that takes place in a national forest.
Dates:  5 June - 7 July  (2 weeks training, 2 weeks at the Festival)
Training:  The training takes place on a farm and includes teaching during the day and nightly ministry on the streets of Minneapolis
Cost:  $800USD per person, which includes training, food, accommodation and travel to and from Minneapolis to the Festival

Slot Art Festival
Lubiaz, Poland
A music and arts festival attended by over 5000 young people situated in an old monastery 30 minutes from Wroclaw.
Dates:  5 - 15 July (preparation, 5 days of the festival and clean up)
Cost:  Approx €120 per person, which includes festival entry and tent site (travel to Lubiaz is at your own cost)
Roles:  Workshop leaders, worship leaders, musicians, practical logistical assistance, counsellors, etcLanguage Required:  Polish and/or English

Steiger International Office
Karlsruhe, Germany
Do you have a passion for administration?  The International Office has openings for people to come for a short term to provide administrative assistance and to ignite a passion for supporting missionaries. 
Dates: 4-8 weeks
Cost:  Approx €300 per month for room and food
Criteria:  Proficient in Microsoft Office products, organised, loads of initiative, flexible.
Language Required:  English (German also an advantage)

Projeto Toque
São Paulo, Brazil
Steiger partners with Projeto in Brazil.  Projeto is a mission community that reaches out to the outcast, prostitutes, transvestites, street kids and drug addicts.
Period: 1 month
Cost: R$400 (reais a month) around U$200. Housing and food are included.

TACO (Turkey Afrasia Creative Outreach)
Istanbul, Turkey
Steiger partners with TACO in reaching the lost in the Muslim world.  Three kinds of short term opportunities are offered by TACO:

1.  Tour Experience
With some pre and post arrival orientation individuals/groups embark on an outreach tour that may take them to the Anatolian Steppe in Turkey, the southern tip of Kyrgyzstan, downtown Beirut or anywhere in between sharing the Gospel through the creative arts connecting with those who are spiritually interested and linking them to follow up through local works.

            Experience length - 2-3 weeks

2.  The “Diggin’ in” Experience
This program allows individuals to join taco for as short as 2 months or as long as 2 years (or longer).  Tours are an excellent way to get a snapshot of the work taco is doing and of the countries we serve in, but digging into an area, and starting to set down roots gives one a much wider perspective and understanding of the things involved in a ministry and its target area.

            Experience length - 2 months to 2 years

3. The “Pathfinder” Experience
The “Pathfinder” Experience is geared at recruiting musicians and creative artists to form a self-contained creative arts ministry team under the direction of experienced long term taco workers.  This experience typically will last about 9 months depending on actual tour dates.
