Mission:
Steiger International is dedicated to going to secular young people, leading them into a relationship with Jesus Christ, and helping them fulfill God's calling for their lives
Vision: Our vision is to train, equip and release church planting teams around the world to reach out to the secular youth cultures in urban areas, including the Middle East, and to raise up evangelistic artists who would impact the fields of art and media with the message of the Cross.

Steiger International Values: - The foundation of everything we do stems from a personal relationship with God; therefore, earnestly seeking Him with our whole heart is our priority. This includes checking our attitudes and our work regularly. (Heb. 11: 6)
- We want to be fully devoted to God's Word as a guideline for our lives. (Ps. 119:1-16, Ps. 1:2, 3)
- We want to live lives that are devoted to each other, to our team, to our leaders and to the worldwide body of followers of Jesus. This devotion should be expressed not only in works but also through prayer. We want to be loyal to each other and not to speak negatively about other individuals, ministries or churches. We don't want to defend ourselves, we don't want to judge others and we want to forgive easily. (Jn. 17:11, 20-23)
- We want to show people that God loves them no matter who they are. We want to speak their language and communicate in a way that they will understand. We want to care about their worries and problems. (Lk. 15:3-7)
- We don’t want to limit our ministry to what we think is possible; we want to ask God for extraordinary things. We believe God wants to show His power today and that He honors faith. (Eph.1:18-23; Jn. 14:12-14)
- We want to be positive. We want to hold on to God’s truths and promises and overcome the lies of this world through faith. We want faith and hope to be alive in us, and we want to be enthusiastic about God and about what He can do in and through people’s lives. (1 Jn. 5:4; Heb.11:1)
- We want to imitate the servant attitude of Jesus in everything we do. We want to create an atmosphere where every part of the Body is equally important and supported. (1 Cor. 13, Rom.12:1-8, Eph. 4:11)
- We want to be diligent, aware that everything we do is for God. (Prov.12:24; Col. 3:23)
- We want to be good stewards of all we have (people, resources, finances) realizing that the people who support us financially work hard to earn the money they give us. (2 Corin. 8:20-21)
- We want to communicate regularly, openly and honestly about our work. (Is. 5:20)
- We want to live a holy and pure lifestyle out of fear and respect for God. (2 Tim. 2:20, Heb. 12:28-29)
- We want to be humble, open for correction and committed to personal growth. (1 Pet. 5:5, Colo. 3:12)
- We know that we are an example for others and that God requires a higher standard from us. Therefore we limit our freedoms for the sake of others. This is why, for example, during Steiger events and band outreaches we have a strict no alcohol policy. (1 Cor.10:13-33; 1 Tim. 3:1-13; Titus 1:5-9; James 3:1)
